Dugin claims to be Christian

Russian political scientist, Alexandr Dugin, claims to be Christian. He claims to be a restorer of Russian Orthodoxy.

This is an overt rejection of Protestantism, and worse, falsely accuses Protestantism as being the root and creator of modernism and liberalism.

“And arms shall stand on his part, and they shall pollute the sanctuary of strength, and shall take away the daily sacrifice, and they shall place the abomination that maketh desolate.” (Daniel 11:31)

This is the pollution of the sanctuary of strength (i.e. America). Further, the daily sacrifice of Protestant practice, Protestant prayer and most importantly Protestant Bible reading, is being replaced by something else in this philosophy.

The Protestant religion is one which says that everyone, every nation, should become Protestant. The extension of the Kingdom of God in this way is good. Dugin’s beliefs are not in any way representative of true Christianity.

31 October 2017

On 31 October 2017 we had two important anniversaries.

First, we had 500 years since the Reformation, which began with Martin Luther nailing his ideas to a church door in Saxony. For 500 years Protestantism has accomplished much good.

Second, we had 100 years since the crucial Battle of Beersheba. For centuries Islam had been in power in the Middle East. The British forces were trying to defeat the Turks, and could not. Then General Allenby came up with a plan which consisted of using the Light Horse to flank Beersheba. The Australian Light Horse were ordered by Lieutenant General Sir Harry Chauvel to charge Beersheba after riding through the desert for two days. This charge was very successful, and with the fall of Beersheba, the Turks began to roll back, and were defeated, until eventually Jerusalem and then Damascus were captured. And so the First World War brought about the end of the Ottoman Empire.

Da 12:11 And from the time that the daily sacrifice shall be taken away, and the abomination that maketh desolate set up, there shall be a thousand two hundred and ninety days.
Da 12:12 Blessed is he that waiteth, and cometh to the thousand three hundred and five and thirty days.
Da 12:13 But go thou thy way till the end be: for thou shalt rest, and stand in thy lot at the end of the days.

From when the Islamic religion first launched out on its world conquest in 632 AD to the fall of the Turkish Sultanate in 1922 was exactly 1290 years. The six day war with the capture of Jerusalem by the Jews was 1335 years after 632 AD.

The Reformation is about the authority of Scripture and the Battle of Beersheba is about God’s divine providence and the events which take place to fulfil Bible prophecies.

Conservatives who are wrong on Islam

There are Conservatives who are against Islam. That’s great. But some are against in wrong ways. We will go through some of these wrong approaches.

The first way that some Conservatives are wrong about the Muslim religion is that they want to deny it is a religion. They want to deny this because the Australian Constitution says that laws cannot be made about religions, and if Islam is not a religion, it can be banned. However, that is a weak way of dealing with enemy ideas, because it would require the use of deception and would mean that Christianity could not deal with Islam head to head.

The second way that some Conservatives are wrong about Islam is that they say it is a political ideology, whereas they imply Christianity is not. This is untrue. Those who say that Australia is secular and therefore the Government has no right to impose religion are wrong. Those who say that Islam is bad because it wants to establish itself by changing our way of life, and change our culture, are both hypocritical and in denial. Hypocritical because secularism is an ideology which stems from Enlightenment philosophy which certainly has every intention of influencing thought. And denial, because Christianity as both the manifest history and the avowed aim to change our way of life and our culture. True Christianity manifests very much through a political ideology.

So, we need to go beyond Conservatism. Conservatism is trying to hold on to the past, but is relenting to changes to traditions at a slow pace. Conservatism is too weak to deal with Islam, it would reject it, but does not go far enough in action against Islam with a more powerful idea. The most powerful idea that can destroy another wrong idea is Christianity.

Ac 19:18 And many that believed came, and confessed, and shewed their deeds.
Ac 19:19 Many of them also which used curious arts brought their books together, and burned them before all men: and they counted the price of them, and found it fifty thousand pieces of silver.
Ac 19:20 So mightily grew the word of God and prevailed.

Christianity demands more than Conservatism would. In the scenario above, the new Christians destroyed their evil books. They weren’t engaged in half measures. The Gospel to any person does not coexist with Islam. The Gospel drive in the nation cannot share the glory with other ideologies.

Today’s Conservatives are starting to sound like they are half-Marxist. It’s time to be 100% Christian.

The Left exactly wrong on Dugin

http://www.huffingtonpost.com/entry/aleksandr-dugin-the-russian-mystic-behind-americas_us_59a1fca2e4b0d0ef9f1c14ac

Huffington Post published an article (which did not look as if it had been copy-edited) against Russian political philosopher, Aleksandr Dugin.

The article seemed to give much credence to the Left and Socialism, stating that America and the West should fight against the Right (which is the avowed aim of anti-Christian Leftists):

We must reject the appeals of the far right and of the nationalists in all of our societies, recognizing them as a foreign influence, and expel them from our system as a body rejects an infection.

On it went, claiming that,

it is always a good idea to re-read … the writings of John Locke, Rousseau, Immanuel Kant, and other Enlightenment thinkers, to remember the values this country was built on.

The West was built on Christianity, not on Enlightenment philosophy. In fact, these philosophers and anti-Christian figures are entirely the opposite of our Christian foundations.

So we cannot trust the Left, Enlightenment philosophy and anti-Christian activities to be the way to resist Russian aggression or Dugin’s teachings.

The only powerful and strong way to overcome enemies is by a right-thinking Christian view. We must see the end of the foolish philosophies now exalted in the West as well as the end of the Russian threat. The only true solution and answer on a national and personal level is “Word and Spirit” Christianity.

1 John 4:3 And every spirit that confesseth not that Jesus Christ is come in the flesh is not of God: and this is that spirit of antichrist, whereof ye have heard that it should come; and even now already is it in the world.
1 John 4:4 Ye are of God, little children, and have overcome them: because greater is he that is in you, than he that is in the world.

Dugin is against Western Liberalism and Western Liberalism is against Dugin. These are two different kinds of antichrists who are against each other. Satan’s own kingdom is divided. But the Scripture tells us that we are of God and have overcome them. That includes both Western Liberalism and Dugin. The greater one is in us, and the Kingdom of God is the winning kingdom.

The spirit of antichrist is behind the philosophy which permeates Left wing thinking. The Scripture lays out the end of these forces.

Revelation 17:14 These shall make war with the Lamb, and the Lamb shall overcome them: for he is Lord of lords, and King of kings: and they that are with him are called, and chosen, and faithful.

The doctrine of Jesus is to win. The power of evangelism is to win.

Duginism is not the solution, seeing as the Word of God is the breaker of that view.

Daniel 8:25 And through his policy also he shall cause craft to prosper in his hand; and he shall magnify himself in his heart, and by peace shall destroy many: he shall also stand up against the Prince of princes; but he shall be broken without hand.

Christian Exceptionalism

CHRISTIAN EXCEPTIONALISM is a 2017 book by Matthew Verschuur

This book lays out a plan connecting patriotism with God’s last days outpouring of the Spirit.

It deals with important areas such as the Word and Spirit movement, what influence the Bible should have in a nation and what form a Christian political system should take in Australia.

In a time when people are talking about the return of right wing politics, traditionalism and are watching Russia’s actions … the Spirit of God leads us to restore, refresh and renew the ultimate implications of the true Christian Gospel.

A rabbi recognises the French Revolution as a problem for the West

In my books at bibleprotector.com/prophecy you will notice that I identify the movement known as Infidelity as the root of Modernism and various false ideologies today. This fact is known (more or less) by believing Protestant scholars (there are not many of these left).

The great break that the Infidelity of the Enlightenment got was the French Revolution. While English-speaking societies resisted the Infidelity of the French Revolution, it slowly seeped into the English-speaking West more and more, so that since the late 1960s it basically took over. Just look at the social revolution of circa 1968.

Now Rabbi Sacks (in the video) does identify some of these facts, and indeed sees that the godless approach (as manifested through what some Christian Fundamentalists term “secular humanism”) has indeed usurped a place in our society and culture, and is an enemy ideology which is now dominating Britain and America.

This also explains why many so-called Conservatives have shifted away from a Biblically-based worldview to one based on Enlightenment error (e.g. the philosopher J. S. Mill).

Libertarianism is the enemy of traditional Christianity. “Now the Lord is that Spirit: and where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is liberty.” (2 Cor. 3:17). It didn’t say that liberty was with the philosophers or with the rabbis (see 1 Cor. 2). The Christian Gospel is the solution to the problem Rabbi Sacks (in the video) identifies. The Christian Gospel says that the Jews who are now dimly aware shall be turned fully to the Christian Gospel. “Nevertheless when it shall turn to the Lord, the vail shall be taken away.” (2 Cor. 3:16). They will understand the truth clearly and interpret the Scripture correctly when the vail is removed.

Don’t go to the Leftist Modernists for Bible interpretation

A Modernist Bible theologian was given a run in the media recently (Australia’s Channel 10 and ABC) because she promoted the view of the Left.

Another way of saying it is that the Left and Modernism back each other up. In her article about Bible interpretation which was subtitled “the Bible isn’t meant to be read that literally”, she took every opportunity to reinterpret Scripture with a Modernist bias.

For example, her article says, “Reading the Bible to determine the shape of contemporary marriage is not an easy task.” In other words, she is willingly seeking to redefine the Bible in the light of her present day beliefs. She writes, “Much of the Bible was written 2,500 years ago, when family life was very different.” Really? In 483 BC, the last of the Old Testament was being written, and it says,

(MALACHI CHAPTER 2.)
14 Yet ye say, Wherefore? Because the LORD hath been witness between thee and the wife of thy youth, against whom thou hast dealt treacherously: yet is she thy companion, and the wife of thy covenant.
15 And did not he make one? Yet had he the residue of the spirit. And wherefore one? That he might seek a godly seed. Therefore take heed to your spirit, and let none deal treacherously against the wife of his youth.
16 For the LORD, the God of Israel, saith that he hateth putting away: for one covereth violence with his garment, saith the LORD of hosts: therefore take heed to your spirit, that ye deal not treacherously.

Sounds like normal family life was going on. It’s pretty clear God wants husbands and wives to love each other.

But Modernist theologians want to read in their present day values into the past. “Most likely, Jesus’s concern in speaking against divorce was for the vulnerable place in which it left women, given they could not usually earn their own money or inherit.” Pure speculation! It is a contradiction to Scripture to assert something it did not say.

But this leads to an important controversy. A woman theologian attacking a woman pastor. The theologian says, “Indeed, if Ms Court applied the literalism with which she reads Genesis to the whole of the Bible, she’d find herself in hot water, since 1 Timothy 2:12 explicitly forbids women teaching or having any authority over men. This kind of culturally bound ideology is precisely why biblical scholars and mainstream Christian churches do not adhere to a literal interpretation of this ancient and diverse text.”

Notice how the Bible is smeared as an “ancient and diverse text” meaning “irrelevant and inconsistent”.

Actually, 1 Timothy 2:12 does not “literally” explicitly forbid a woman from teaching a (i.e. any) man, it in fact says that a woman shouldn’t be teaching her husband (i.e. domineering her husband). That’s pretty different from what is being interpreted as a supposed “literal” interpretation. Otherwise, we would have to ban lady teachers at colleges and universities. So, obviously the Scripture is to be read literally. And if literally in Paul, then literally in Genesis.

Why deny that the Bible says that God created or that there was a great flood or that Sodom was destroyed? That’s literally what the Bible says. Yet when a person who has the Leftist Modernist interpretation which changes everything to suit the desires of sinners, then they are given a run in the media as if they are right.

“Woe unto you, when all men shall speak well of you! for so did their fathers to the false prophets.” (Luke 6:26).

Identifying the rod of God and Dugin’s claim to be a prophet

Western nations should be aware that Russia’s leading political genius, Alexander Dugin, claims to be a prophet. In his “role” as the grand Russian prophet, he has called that NATO should be destroyed.

The Bible explains what is going on in the world today.

“And in the latter time of their kingdom, when the transgressors are come to the full, a king of fierce countenance, and understanding dark sentences, shall stand up.” (Daniel 8:23).

Certainly, it is possible for a person have have prophetic gifts. But what power is Dugin utalising to see and proclaim his vision of the future?

Mr Dugin is in fact promoting a Dark Enlightenment, which means, to turn back to pre-Enlightenment, pre-Modern ideas (e.g. traditional religion).

Now, the “dark sentences” of Daniel 8:23 carries the idea of obscurity.

“I will open my mouth in a parable: I will utter dark sayings of old” (Psalm 78:2). “A wise man will hear, and will increase learning; and a man of understanding shall attain unto wise counsels: To understand a proverb, and the interpretation; the words of the wise, and their dark sayings.” (Proverbs 1:5, 6).

In all this we see it is not bad to understand dark things, because there are things of God which have been hidden or little known for many years.

We can become understanding people, people of knowledge, by being opened to the Bible and connecting to the Spirit of God.
